Weekly Nails - Cupcakes and Silver

Nail polish and nail plates
So this turned out not to be a weekly thing in the slightest as I am terrible at actually posting anything, but this is a week's worth of nail art from a while ago.

revlon parfumerie balsam fir

revlon parfumerie balsam fir

This is 2 coats of Revlon "Balsam Fir" (from their Parfumerie collection) - it is a deep forest green creme which is really glossy and has a strong scent of what, unfortunately, reminds me of those car air fresheners...  The scent fades over a few days of wear.  I then used Leighton Denny "Diamond Diva" with a MoYou-London "Tropical" plate to stamp a feather design on the accent nails.  I liked the delicateness of the silver against the deep green, and it stood out more in person.

This is 2 coats of Barry M "Poppy" (from their Silk collection) which has such a pretty sparkle to it that I couldn't stop looking at it in the sunlight.  I then used MoYou-London "Silver" with a MoYou-London "Cookbook" plate to stamp a cupcake design on the accent nails (becuase who doesn't love cupcakes? I know I do!).  I finished this off with a matte topcoat and I think it looks super sweet!

maybelline pink punk

This is 2 coats of Maybelline New York "Pink Punk" (from their Color Show Vinyl collection) which is a rich cerise creme with a satin finish.  I then used an unnamed holographic glitter from Beautique London on the ring finger and finished it off with a matte topcoat.  Something a bit simpler after the previous 2 designs, but still nice and summery.

I can't say for sure when my next "weekly" nail art post will be but there definitely will be more to come as I still paint my nails on a regular basis.
